  • The raw materials (plastic granulate) are optimally prepared for processing in the injection moulding machine and fed to each machine via a central drying and conveying system. By applying material batch tracking, errors are 100 % traceable.
  • The existing modern and efficient machinery make it possible to produce plastic parts with high reproducibility. This, in conjunction with the robotic system, results in the secure production of components with a high degree of automation.
  • After the injection moulding process, the produced plastic parts are inspected on a measuring machine for possible deviations and errors.
  • A monitored mounting device is used to assemble individual components into an assembly group.
  • At the end of the cycle, the finished parts are picked, packed and shipped in their various packaging units.
